University of North Texas invites applications for a Senior Lecturer in Special Education to begin Fall 2027. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, contribute to program development, and mentor students in person and online formats.

We seek a scholar with a Doctorate in Special Education (ABD considered) and a proven record of high-quality teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, including TEA certified coursework experience.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Special Education.
• ABD candidates will be considered as long as the doctorate is defended prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in traditional and online formats, and possibly at satellite locations.
• Contribute to program development and expansion.
• Mentor students and participate in committees and service activities within the department and college.
