Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Program Manager/Manager, Leave of Absence and Time Off to lead end-to-end LOA and time off programs. You will partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and third-party vendors to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The role covers FMLA, personal, military, state/local leaves, ADA accommodations, Veolia Caregiver leave, and paid time off programs. You will also contribute to policy governance, SOPs, audits, and HRIS improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leave of absence administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong partnership and cross-functional HR collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end leave administration lifecycle from notice to return.
• Serve as primary contact for LOA requests via phone, email, HR cases, and tickets.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and third-party vendors on leave processes.
• Support time-off policies, SOPs, and training for HR teams.
• Lead audits to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and proper documentation.
