Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a skilled Leave of Absence Administrator to manage end-to-end LOA and time-off programs. You will partner with HR Business Partners, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits COE, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient leave processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least eight years of LOA experience in a large, multi-state environment. Workday experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA and multi-state leave regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Ability to partner with third-party administrators and cross-functional HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leave administration lifecycle from notice to return.
• Serve as primary contact for leave requests via phone, email, HR cases, and tickets.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services, Benefits COE, and third-party vendors.
