Helmerich and Payne is seeking a Senior Leave Coordinator in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee complex employee leave cases, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state laws while guiding teams and coordinating with HR, Benefits, and payroll to optimize leave administration and reporting.

This role requires 5+ years in leave administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced proficiency with HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in leave administration, HR operations, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and related programs.
• Experience using HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG).
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage complex employee leave cases including FMLA, ADA, disability, workers' compensation, and parental leave.
• Review and approve leave requests ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide guidance on accrual rules and balances; manage year-end accrual changes.
• Maintain accurate leave records and data integrity in HRIS.
• Develop, update, and communicate leave policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate leave and return-to-work processes with HR, Payroll, and providers.
