Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Benefits Analyst to oversee health and welfare programs, ensuring compliance and effective administration. The role includes bilingual support in Spanish and English for benefits and leave policies, plus assisting staff with LOA/ADA processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience; 4 years preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory.
• Proficiency in Workday and Google Suite desired.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and multi-state compliance.
• Ability to manage high volumes of LOA/ADA cases effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Contribute to nationwide growth initiatives, including Open Enrollment and increased LOA/ADA requests.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local mandates, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA.

Benefits Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

Benefits Analyst Job Requirements
