JCMLiving is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to close leases and create meaningful connections with prospective residents. You will work in a busy leasing center across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, delivering exceptional service from first contact through move-in.

The ideal candidate has sales or leasing experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset, with compensation that includes hourly pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with a warm, professional approach.

• Prepare leases and handle related admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate information in lead-management systems.
• Build positive relationships with current residents.
• Assist with rent collection and resident account matters.

• Plan and execute resident events and community activities.
• Support leasing team to achieve occupancy and customer-service goals.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Leasing Specialist who knows how to close and enjoys creating meaningful connections with prospective residents.

Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Some weekend hours and one evening per week until 7:00 PM may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with a warm, professional approach
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and conduct engaging apartment/community tours
• Follow up consistently with prospective residents and leads
• Present apartments, overcome objections, and close leases
• Prepare leases and complete related administrative responsibilities
• Maintain accurate information in computer and lead-management systems
• Build positive relationships with current residents
• Assist with rent collection and resident account matters
• Coordinate and respond to service requests
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and community activities
• Support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and customer service goals
