Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Senior Leasing & Sales Specialist to support communities across the Louisville market. You will lead tours, close leases, and drive occupancy by turning inquiries into signed agreements.

Travel is required as you partner with on-site teams, build relationships with prospects, managers, and residents, and apply proven leasing strategies to boost traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong multifamily leasing experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar role.
• Enjoy leasing, sales, and closing.
• Confident on tours, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to learn different communities, markets, and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Louisville market to provide leasing and sales support.
• Conduct apartment tours and confidently close prospective residents.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
• Turn prospect inquiries into applications and signed leases.

Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced multifamily professional who genuinely enjoys leasing, sales, and closing to support communities throughout the Louisville market.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar role but knows that working with prospects and getting leases signed is the part of the job they enjoy most.

You’ll travel throughout Louisville, working with different communities and teams to provide hands‑on leasing support, generate traffic, improve conversions, and help drive occupancy.

What We're Looking For

• Strong multifamily leasing experience with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar multifamily role
• Someone who genuinely enjoys leasing, sales, and closing
• Confident confronting tours, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to quickly learn different communities, markets, and team dynamics
• Professional, energetic, and results-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the Louisville market
