Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of property management experience required.
• Multi-site or portfolio management experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

• Resident-focused with a sharp operational mindset.
• Comfortable coaching teams in leasing, marketing, maintenance coordination, and collections.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across one or more residential communities.
• Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and NOI performance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and support site-level office and maintenance teams.
• Conduct property walks and ensure strong curb appeal standards.
• Hire, train, mentor, and support site-level office and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards.
• Manage budgets and oversee expense controls.
• Serve as a point leader for resident satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior leadership.
