Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Senior Leasing Consultant at Mezzo at Desert Ridge in Desert Ridge, AZ. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the full application process to close sales.

You will maintain resident files, manage rental payments, and actively oversee apartment availability and pricing, contributing to a world-class community experience aligned with Mark-Taylor’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leasing Consultant/Leasing Agent in multifamily setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict and provide high level of customer care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor greeting prospective and current residents with an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the full application process and follow up on status.
