Coughlin Property Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager for Monaco Lakes Apartments in Denver. This full-time role supports the Community Manager in day-to-day leasing operations for a 500+ unit community, coordinating sales, retention, marketing and office duties.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year as a Leasing Manager, are bilingual in Spanish, and are skilled with Yardi and CRM systems to ensure smooth property performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a high-level Leasing Manager.
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train leasing personnel on sales, Yardi, policies and procedures.
• Approve leasing files and monitor move-ins/move-outs in CRM.
• Coordinate schedules of leasing staff and monitor weekly reporting.
