Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant for South Federal Apartments in Denver. You will greet prospective residents, prepare lease documents, and guide applicants through the sign‑up process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Good computer skills; ability to navigate leasing software (YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and attempt to lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Create all lease documents and facilitate signing.
• Maintain resident files in YARDI (physical and digital).
• Use required telephone etiquette and techniques.
• Assist Property Manager in resident relations program.
• Performs additional duties as requested by the Property Manager.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. We are offering up to $24/hrs plus $75 leasing bonuses, Two-weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and free skiing.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI
• Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.
• Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager

Knowledge, Skills ,and Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents.
• Must be an organized self-starter
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
