The role requires 1+ year in leasing or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in leasing or customer service in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in finding the best apartment options.
• Lead tours and explain floor plans and amenities.
• Handle inquiries and process applications.
• Support leasing team during peak weekend times.
