Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, and close the sale using Cardinal Way of Leasing.
• Earn and maintain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification and pass internal shops.
• Assist the Community Manager in training leasing staff in customer service and leasing workflows.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and manage inquiries from clients and vendors.
• Complete lease applications and verify results; notify outcomes to prospects.
• Maintain client records and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain tour routes for curb appeal and support community marketing events.
• Plan and execute a Monthly Marketing Plan, including events, fairs, open houses, and social media.
• Manage the community’s social media accounts and online reputation.
