DJM Investments, LLC is seeking a hands-on Regional Property Manager to own the operating performance of our multifamily portfolio and personally lead the lease-up and stabilization of Summit of Shelbyville, a new 72-unit market-rate community in Central Indiana.

The role requires new-construction lease-up experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive occupancy and rental performance across Lebanon, Tipton, Kokomo, and Shelbyville.

Qualificações

• Proven new-construction, market-rate multifamily lease-up experience is required.
• 3+ years of progressive multifamily property-management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a significant apartment community, multiple properties or a multi-site portfolio is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Shelbyville lease-up from pre-leasing through stabilization.
• Oversee operations for a portfolio across Central Indiana properties.
• Coach and develop on-site teams with clear accountability and weekly reporting.
• Maintain occupancy targets and optimize pricing, concessions and marketing.
