Job summary

Associa is seeking a Senior Lease Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate, to lead planning and oversight of office relocations, renewals, expansions, and IT infrastructure across a 400+ office portfolio in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This role directs the lease project management team, reviews plans and budgets, mentors managers, and ensures standardized processes and reporting while coordinating with Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7+ years in corporate real estate or related fields.
• Experience managing lease transactions across multi-site portfolios including US, Canada, and Mexico is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of escalation for project issues—resolve at team level and elevate to VP only for matters needing executive decision.
• Assign projects and balance workload across the team; monitor the pipeline and critical dates so renewals, expirations, and expansions stay on schedule.
• Review project plans, budgets, market surveys, proposals, lease abstracts, and relocation plans before executive review.
• Mentor, coach, and onboard lease project managers on negotiation, market analysis, project planning, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain standard processes, templates, and documentation standards; partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR on cross-functional issues.
• Consolidate team reporting into portfolio-level updates for VP and executives, including status, budgets, dates, and risks.
• Provide input to the VP on hiring, goal setting, and performance feedback, and serve as backup as needed.
• Manage lease projects across the portfolio—brokerage, contracts, space planning, construction, IT, and relocation coordination.
