Job summary

Associa is seeking a Senior Lease Project Manager to lead corporate real estate initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You will own project planning for office relocations, renewals, expansions, and infrastructure, guiding a team to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include mentoring lease project managers, developing standard processes, coordinating with Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR, and delivering weekly status reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or office lease transactions.
• Experience managing multiple lease transactions across a large portfolio; Canada/Mexico experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership or management of others in cross-functional teams.
• Licensed real estate professional in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lease project management team; escalate only items needing executive decision.
• Assign projects and balance workload; monitor pipeline and critical dates for renewals, expirations, expansions.
• Review project plans, budgets, market surveys, and relocation plans before executive review.
• Mentor and onboard lease project managers on negotiation, market analysis, and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain standard processes and templates; coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR.
• Consolidate reporting for VP and leadership; provide input on hiring and performance feedback.
