Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a Lease Administrator/Property Manager to oversee real estate portfolio records and manage lease-related transactions. This hybrid role coordinates with landlords and internal partners to maintain compliance and track critical dates.

You will supervise renewals, amendments, cam reconciliations, and ensure accurate rent, NNN, and escalations in the leasing system. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in lease administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience in financial analysis, lease administration, or commercial property accounting.
• Strong contracts knowledge and ability to interpret complex lease terms.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with store design and construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the administration for Fielmann USA’s real estate portfolio records, including all asset purchase agreements related to M&A.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and tracking of financial transactions related to leases.
• Maintain lease records, track expirations, renewals, and critical dates, and coordinate landlord-required activities.
• Maintain leasing software with accurate rents, escalations, NNN, and contacts.
• Coordinate maintenance with landlords and finance for CAM reconciliations and payments.
• Negotiate amendments to leases with legal department assistance.
