The Senior Lease Administrator at Compass is a key member of the Lease Administration team and is responsible for conducting invoice review and reconciliations for Compass’s lease portfolio to ensure that operating expenses align with lease terms. This role involves overseeing lease administration functions, including real estate portfolio administration, database management, and audit services, while working with the broader Lease Administration team to ensure accuracy and compliance with Compass's business standards.
This is a 100% on-site role in NYC (110 5th Ave)

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $57,000-$85,500 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
