• Advanced Excel skills and solid reconciliation/documentation discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX 2012/D365).

• Gather asset-level data to support financing transactions with banks and lessors.
• Coordinate with banks and lessors to place assets into synthetic lease structures.
• Review lease agreements for proper accounting and compliance.
• Support lease setup, documentation, and onboard into accounting systems.
• Maintain tracking of assets under synthetic leases: classification, terms, and residuals.
• Reconcile lease schedules to the general ledger regularly.
• Track lifecycle of rental equipment from acquisition to disposition.
• Calculate and record depreciation for capitalized lease assets.
• Prepare schedules for financial reporting, audits, and lender reporting.
