Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, investigations, and employment law.
• Ability to influence leaders and align people strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic advisor to Aviation leaders, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Builds partnerships and influences decision making with credibility and business acumen.
• Guides on employee and labor relations, fostering compliant outcomes and engagement.
• Uses data and insights to anticipate workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines.
