Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Learning Project Management Lead to oversee all facets of project execution within the Humana Military Learning Strategy & Resources team.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, including compliance with contractual training requirements. Responsibilities include designing schedules, forecasting, risk management, coordinating resources, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this government-related role.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of technical experience in project environments.
• 2+ years of project leadership in learning or strategic programs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with TRICARE, VA, or government health care environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of learning strategy projects aligned with goals and contracts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and deliver status reports.
• Coordinate resources and communicate with stakeholders to meet milestones.
