This role involves designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinating resources to meet strategic learning and training objectives, including compliance with contractual training requirements. This role develops project schedules and forecasts, communicates with team members to secure resources and contributions for the project. The Learning Project Management Lead conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project, sets priorities, allocates tasks and coordinates project team to meet targets and milestones.**This position is created specifically to assist with Humana’s efforts to secure and, if awarded, transition into a new business opportunity.
