You will design plans, forecast resources, monitor risks, and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of technical experience, citizenship, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for this position
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 8+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years project leadership experience, preferably in learning or strategic program management
• Experience with regulated or healthcare-related environments preferred
• Experience with government health care environments such as TRICARE/Veterans Affairs

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of learning strategy projects aligned with goals and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders with status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure resources and expertise.
• Drive project success and impact across Humana Military initiatives
