Grant Thornton is seeking a Learning Implementation Senior Associate to join the team. The role supports Program and Project Managers, Instructional Designers and Business Learning Leaders responsible for executing training across learning channels.

The Senior Associate may own end-to-end planning for ongoing initiatives and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate is a business-minded learning professional with several years of progressive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in progressive roles in a matrixed professional services environment.
• Experience managing leadership development programs and adult learning concepts.
• Ability to run meetings and manage a portfolio across client segments.
• Proven integrity, judgment, and attention to detail with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Assist and at times manage learning implementation initiatives across different learning channels—instructor-led, virtual and self-paced.
• Create, own, execute, and implement annual program plans to achieve learning outcomes.
• Execute core project management activities: contract, scope, budget, risk and quality management.
• Oversee program activity scheduling, LMS management, communications and reporting.
• Exceed client expectations, drive accountability, implement solutions across modalities, on time and on budget.
• Build networks of relationships to manage resources, workflow, and budget.
• Provide timely reporting and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Support Instructional Design in NASBA/PCAOB compliance for CPE learning.
