Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Learning Implementation Senior Associate to support Program and Project Managers, Instructional Designers and Business Learning Leaders responsible for delivering training across all learning channels, including large conferences.

The role includes end-to-end planning, project management, LMS oversight, and cross-team collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business impact. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of progressive experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Experience managing leadership development programs or projects and familiarity with adult learning theory and learning technologies.
• Ability to run meetings and manage multiple programs across client segments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and, at times, manage learning implementation initiatives across instructor-led, virtual and self-paced channels.
• Create and execute annual program plans to achieve learning outcomes.
• Manage core project activities including contracts, scope, budget, risk, and quality management.
