Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Learning Implementation Senior Associate to support program and project managers, instructional designers and business learning leaders across learning channels. You will own end-to-end planning, execution of activities, and collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment.

The role requires a business-minded learning professional with several years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of progressive project management experience in a professional services or corporate learning environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time and on budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and, at times, manage learning implementation initiatives across instructor-led, virtual and self-paced channels.
• Create, own, and execute annual program plans to achieve learning outcomes.
• Oversee contract, scope and budget management activities for programs.
• Coordinate LMS management, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Provide guidance to ensure NASBA/PCAOB compliance where applicable.
• Travel to support on-site learning programs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
