Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Learning Implementation Senior Associate to join the team. The role supports program managers, instructional designers and business learning leaders across learning channels.

You will help plan and execute ongoing activities, and partner with managers on complex programs involving contracts, scope and budgets. The ideal candidate has several years of progressive project management experience in a collaborative, service-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience in professional services and matrixed environments.
• Ability to plan, execute and manage multiple learning initiatives across channels.
• Familiarity with NASBA, PCAOB and related regulatory requirements for learning solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and at times manage learning implementation initiatives across different learning channels while collaborating with global teams.
• Create, own, execute, and implement annual program plans to achieve learning outcomes.
• Work on core project management activities including contract, scope, budget, risk and quality management.
• Oversee program implementation activities including scheduling, LMS management, reporting, and feedback gathering.
• Exceed client expectations and deliver solutions on time and on budget.
• Build networks and manage resources to ensure project success.
