You will apply instructional design, AI-enabled workflows, and MCP integrations, partnering with technical teams to ensure accessible, accurate content and measurable results. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, strong content authoring skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in learning experience design or related field.
• Delivering digital learning projects from needs analysis through release.
• Using AI in repeatable content workflows with human review.
• Practical use of MCP-connected AI tools.
• Experience with Parta or comparable modular authoring platform.
• Understanding headless LMS concepts and API-enabled content delivery.
• Translate learning needs into technical requirements for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Investigates customer needs using insights to define problems and outcomes.
• Designs practical learning applying instructional design and UX principles.
• Develops reusable content: courses, simulations, videos, and written resources.
• Plans delivery beyond LMS and defines tracking and reporting requirements.
• Uses AI and MCP workflows with review steps and data handling.
• Manages projects independently and communicates progress.
• Maintains content quality with SMEs and accessibility checks.
• Measures results and shares best practices with cross-functional partners.
