Job summary

Bluebeam seeks a Learning Experience Designer III to own the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital learning for a global AEC audience. You will create courses and reusable resources across Bluebeam University, in-product experiences, and other channels, applying AI tools and MCP connections to enhance content creation, maintenance, and delivery.

You will manage projects with minimal oversight, guided by customer insights, data, accessibility, and instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in learning experience design or related field.
• Delivering digital learning projects from needs analysis through release.
• Using AI in repeatable content or learning workflows with human review.
• Practical use of MCP-connected AI tools.
• Familiarity with headless LMS concepts and API-enabled content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Defines problems and outcomes using customer insights, product workflows, and data.
• Designs practical learning with instructional design, UX, and assessments.
• Develops reusable content across courses, simulations, videos, and guides.
• Collaborates with technical teams on integrations, security, and infrastructure.
