Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a senior learning experience professional to own the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital learning for a global AEC audience. What You'll Bring:

• Five or more years of experience in learning experience or instructional design with independent project delivery.
• Proficiency with modular authoring platforms like Parta and understanding of headless LMS and API-enabled delivery.
• Ability to use AI and MCP-connected tools responsibly in repeatable workflows.
