Job summary

First American, a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services, seeks a Learning Content Designer to develop instructor-led and digital training solutions. You will craft engaging content using ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom’s approaches, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure learning objectives are met across diverse workgroups.

Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, driving content quality, and evaluating outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Familiar with ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's instructional design methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and multimedia content development.
• Proficiency in graphic/UI/interactive design tools.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes.
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Gather information and analyze data to select effective learning methods.
• Collaborate with SMEs and sponsors to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• Participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
