Job summary

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead enterprise learning initiatives in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions, while guiding business-facing stakeholders and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

The position requires 5–7 years of L&D experience, strong facilitation, and expertise in instructional design and learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, organizational development, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of learning and development experience, including facilitation and instructional design.
• Experience leading complex training or organizational learning projects.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development projects from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation.
• Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps and development needs across the organization.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions including ILT, virtual, blended, and e-learning.
• Manage LMS and learning technologies; create training materials and guides.
• Mentor and support L&D Specialists and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide guidance on project execution, stakeholder management, and instructional design.
