Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced learning development professional to design, develop, and deliver complex, multi-modal learning solutions aligned to defined strategies. You will translate approved concepts into visually engaging, learner-ready experiences and develop storyboards, visuals, and interactive elements for scalable deployment across LMS/LXP platforms.

The role requires leading SME sessions, translating inputs into clear content, and applying advanced instructional design concepts

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build complex, multi-modal learning solutions aligned to defined learning strategies or architectures
• Translate approved concepts and design intent into instructionally sound, visually engaging, and learner-ready experiences
• Develop storyboards, visual designs, and interactive elements
• Leverage modern authoring tools and technologies to produce scalable, efficient outputs
• Ensure solutions are ready for enterprise deployment across LMS/LXP platforms
• Facilitate and lead SME working sessions to gather, structure, and refine content
• Translate inputs into clear, learner-centered content and development assets
• Identify and resolve content gaps or inconsistencies
• Apply advanced instructional design principles to support learning objectives
• Conduct quality assurance processes and uphold brand standards
• Collaborate with Learning Architects and Program Leads

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in learning development, instructional design application, and content creation
• Strong ability to translate defined strategies into high-quality learning experiences
• Advanced skills in visual design, storyboarding, and learner experience development
• Proven experience in leading SME content development and working sessions
• Ability to operate with autonomy while staying aligned to defined strategy and design intent
• Proficiency in modern authoring tools and enterprise learning platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7–10+ years of experience in learning development or related rolesDemonstrated experience designing complex or enterprise-scale learning initiative
