Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an EHR Implementation Trainer to deliver engaging training programs for federal clients, primarily traveling up to 100%. You will tailor instructor-led and digital sessions, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure a productive learning experience.

The role requires strong communication, proven EHR training delivery, and the ability to coach diverse learners across environments, with readiness for a Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience in electronic health record training delivery, adult learning, and coaching.
• Behavioral competencies: emerging leadership, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, customer focus.
• Must complete and pass an assessment confirming knowledge of product areas assigned.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across skill levels for deployment, go-live, and various business needs.
• Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep the team updated.
• Serve as primary contact during client engagements, addressing questions and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align training with organizational goals.
• Support learning and change management strategies within the organization.
• Assess learners’ needs and adapt instructional methods to different learning styles.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the learning process.
