Job summary

Alpha seeks an Executive Coach to empower K-3 students and Guides at our Austin TX or Scottsdale, AZ campuses. You will coach in person, own cohorts, and scale excellence through playbooks and data-driven coaching.

This full-time W-2 role offers six-figure compensation, relocation support, and weekly pay, with a focus on transforming outcomes for young learners and building a culture that rejects traditional teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, including authority to hire and to remove people based on performance outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a school that rejects traditional teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to meet goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience, accountability, and giving and receiving feedback.
• Run motivation sessions connecting each child's goals and interests to progress.
• Build and refine playbooks that turn best practices into repeatable systems other Guides can execute.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence in facilitation so standards hold as the team grows.
