Job summary

Crossover is hiring an Executive Coach for Alpha to directly coach a K-3 cohort on-site at an Alpha campus in Austin, TX (or Scottsdale, AZ) with relocation assistance. You will manage Guides and students, analyze performance data, and drive measurable improvements in outcomes.

You will create scalable playbooks, train Guides, and lead workshops on life skills such as public speaking, focus, and collaboration. This is a hands-on, on-campus leadership role with a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (approximately ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, including hiring/termination authority.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides and students by analyzing performance data and providing actionable feedback.
• Leading one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as public speaking and focus.
• Conducting motivational sessions linking student goals to outcomes.
• Developing and iterating playbooks to scale best practices across the cohort.
• Training Guides on playbooks and maintaining standards as the team expands.
