Job summary

The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization representing hospitals and health care networks. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering educational programs using eLearning technologies, with hybrid work arrangements (three days in the office, two remote).

Responsibilities include managing LMS content, collaborating with SMEs, evaluating program outcomes, and reporting on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, eLearning Design or related field is required.
• Experience with instructional design and development of adult education programs delivered virtually, in person, online and on demand.
• Advanced knowledge of learning technology, including media design, authoring software and gamification.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems, user support and program management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop content for educational programs, courses or instructional materials.
• Maintain and update existing programs using adaptive learning, distance learning and gamification.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate content.
• Evaluate program results and adjust future programs to meet goals.
• Oversee curriculum management and LMS user support; prepare portfolio reports.
