Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a senior Lean/CI leader to establish and reinforce mastery of Lean fundamentals across our manufacturing sites in the U.S. You will coach leaders, drive Kaizen events, and implement a disciplined improvement system focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Travel up to 30% may be required. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Lean/CI, strong change-management and cross-functional leadership skills, and a track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in operations or engineering required.
7+ years in Lean/CI, change management or manufacturing leadership.
Proven Lean implementation in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Lean/CI strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Establish and mature a common Lean operating system across sites.
Coach leaders in Gemba walks, visual management and standard work.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
