Amrize is seeking a Sr Lean Practitioner to lead enterprise-level Lean transformations and drive operational excellence across manufacturing sites in North America. You will coach leaders and frontline teams, applying Lean tools and behaviors to eliminate waste and improve quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Lean deployment, operations excellence, quality, or process improvement in manufacturing/operations.
• ASQ, PMP or other certifications preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent strongly preferred; formal Lean training (e.g., Toyota Production System, Shingo).
• Strong understanding and practice of Lean principles, systems and behaviors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and coaching skills across organization levels.
• Must comply with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level Lean transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
• Coach leaders, managers and frontline teams in Lean principles, tools, and behaviors.
• Facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement events and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, lead time, efficiency and OTIF.
• Promote standard work and process discipline across the organization.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
