Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Senior Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process improvements in a large organization. You will guide cross-functional teams from problem definition through solution implementation and sustainment.

Responsibilities include applying DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and reengineering, while building broader continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading business process improvement initiatives within a complex organization.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and process reengineering.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainment.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and present to both executive and operational audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training and mentoring.
• Working knowledge of administrative business functions such as finance, HR, payroll, or research administration in a large organization.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, including project databases, dashboards, automated reports, workflows, formulas, and executive-level reporting.

• Develop and maintain project tracking, dashboards, workflows, and performance reporting using Smartsheet.
