We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead and drive continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and business process transformation across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proactive change leader with strong Lean Six Sigma expertise, process improvement experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business process management and continuous improvement strategies.
- Lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma and process transformation initiatives from identification through implementation.
- Map and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leadership and process owners to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and process optimization.
- Build internal capabilities by training and coaching teams on Lean and continuous improvement practices.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, service, and cost.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, visual management tools, project reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify and replicate successful best practices across different areas of the organization.
- Present project progress, results, efficiency gains, and cost savings to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience developing and implementing continuous improvement programs.
- Strong experience with process improvement, Lean methodologies, and business transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and process owners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Lean Six Sigma or Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience driving process improvements within a regulated industry, such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.
