Medica is seeking a Manager, Business Process Engineering to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and coach Kaizen events across cross-functional teams at our Minnetonka, MN office. You will drive process improvements, develop performance metrics, and collaborate with leaders and vendors to deliver measurable results.

The role requires a Black Belt, 7+ years in healthcare operations or BPM, and strong presentation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field with 7+ years in continuous improvement, BPM, health plan operations.
• Mastery of Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools including Kaizen, A3, Kanban, 5 Whys, FMEA, Control Plans.
• Experience creating and implementing enterprise operating performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strong presentation skills and proven leadership across large cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement and implementation experience in Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare operations.
• Black Belt Certification required; PMI-PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités
