Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience with 9+ years in related field and 1+ year of leadership.
• Proven leadership of large-scale CI initiatives.
• Experience managing teams in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Expertise applying Lean methodologies, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and problem-solving.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide change.
• Strong business acumen balancing improvements with customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen events to drive measurable outcomes.
• Identify and execute strategic process improvement projects aligned to objectives.
• Establish KPIs to monitor productivity, quality, service, and cost.
• Partner with leaders to align CI strategies with priorities.
• Analyze performance and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead a small team of CI professionals and coach Lean across the organization.
• Guide project prioritization to maximize impact across the business.
