• Degree or equivalent experience with 9+ years in related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing teams in operations, distribution, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across the 3PL organization.
• Establish KPIs for productivity, quality, service, and cost improvement.
• Partner with leaders to align CI strategies with business priorities.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Lean principles and methodologies.
