Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes seeks an experienced Lean Practitioner (Level 4) for the Puget Sound region (Renton or Everett, WA) on 1st shift, contract through a Boeing-approved vendor. You will lead and mentor teams, apply Lean tools, and shape production-system improvements across programs.

You will develop instructional materials, coordinate multi-disciplined teams, and ensure performance against cost, schedule and quality targets while expanding best practices and deployment of tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing lean principles with opportunities identified and value stream improvements achieved.
• 5+ years planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (BPSM / AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM).

Responsibilities

• Guide application and integration of Lean across Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
• Collaborate with all levels to identify risks and develop deployment strategies.
• Instruct customers/partners in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Mentor less experienced Lean practitioners through coaching and training.
• Lead complex, high-visibility process improvement efforts.
• Develop and deploy new improvement tools and standardize enterprise policies.
