• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: North Charleston, South Carolina – 1st Shift. The position is 100% onsite and requires working at one of the listed location options.

Responsibilities

• Assist and instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Lead and facilitate Lean tool certified process improvement efforts.
• Support advanced continuous improvement tool application.
• Participate in strategy development.
• Work directly with Senior Managers, First Line Leaders and contribute to director-level strategies.
• Coach others on BPS training facilitation.
• Support MBU Kamishibai, 5S activities and One BPS Transformation Assessments.
• Learn and eventually lead Value Stream Mapping, BPSM and RSPS.
• Interface directly with manufacturing teams to facilitate/stabilize Employee Involvement Forums.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience establishing Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools.
• 1+ year of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of 787 Program Experience.
• Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.
