Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane seeks an Operational Excellence Senior Specialist to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the site, partnering with Manufacturing and support functions to transform processes, reduce waste, and improve safety and quality.

The role requires guiding Kaizen events, coaching teams, and applying tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, and root-cause analysis. On-site in Spokane, WA, offering competitive compensation and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or 5 years directly related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or related operational experience.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Working knowledge of DMAIC, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and other CI methods.
• Define problems, scope, objectives, gather data, identify root causes, test countermeasures, implement improvements, sustain ownership.
• Facilitate team dynamics, manage conflict, and drive data-based decisions.
• Support identification and prioritization of opportunities; advise plant leadership on selections.
