Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to maintain productivity and quality.
• Prioritize work, staffing, and workflow.
• Apply Lean manufacturing to improve cost, product flow, throughput, productivity, quality and delivery.
• Troubleshoot assembly/machining process issues and coordinate with Order Processing, Engineering and Sales to resolve problems.
• May act as Value Stream Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor during absence.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Provide reports and manage expenses.
