Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or engineering environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, DOE, and similar tools.
• Facilitate meetings to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Operations to implement fixes.
• Use SPC and data analysis to monitor process capability and trends.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Update work instructions and train operators and inspectors.
• Perform routine audits and ensure process compliance.
• Support Lean and 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain a safe work environment per procedures.
