Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Technology or Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Strong technical manufacturing skills and prioritization.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assembly operations for Bushings, KRP, Sphericals and Specials.
• Ensure quality and timeliness meet customer requirements.
• Lead by example, coach staff, and manage performance.
• Plan staffing, monitor workflow, and report on measures.
• Apply Lean principles to improve cost, flow, and delivery.
• Troubleshoot assembly/machining issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and 5S compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives.
